What You’ll Do as a Construction Carpenter:

• Understand and interpret plans and specifications.
• Plan and prepare daily work plans.
• Perform carpentry work.
• Assist fellow team members in demolition activities needed for the project.
• Take responsibility to clean up your work areas daily and make sure the jobsite is free of debris and a safe environment to work in for all trades working on site.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in all phases of commercial or residential construction and/or maintenance or an associate’s degree in construction management.
• Proficient in commercial carpentry, including rough and finish work, cabinet, trim, door, and window installation with commercial hardware.
• Basic understanding of construction mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to operate construction equipment like forklifts, loaders, and skid steers.
• Knowledgeable about construction materials, methods, arithmetic, and geometry.
